Austin-Southwest

Southwest Austin features everything from large, master-planned communities to smaller established neighborhoods, and even some acre-sized lots.  There is a large metropolitan park next to Circle C, as well as several other parks.  The Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is a fun place to visit, and if you like biking, the "veloway" is a safe place to go (bikes and roller-blading only).  Loop 1/MoPac is the main highway taking you downtown – in 20-45 minutes depending on traffic. Several of the SW neighborhoods feature new construction, community pools and tennis courts, play grounds and highly-rated schools. Bowie High School in SW Austin is considered one of the best in the Austin school district.  There is also a beautiful golf course just off MoPac/SH45 called Greyrock.  SW Austin has lots of green spaces, trees, parks, as well as modern conveniences.  Click on the links below to view available homes or more information about the area/neighborhood.
